Fondato nel 1996 a New York City, il Rumblers Car Club partecipa alla rinascita di una cultura tradizionale legata a Hot Rod e Custom Car

Le regole del Club limitano i veicoli a prima del 1960, prevalentemente “two doors” e obbligatoriamente marcianti: No Trailer Queens!

Dal 2009 il Club è ufficialmente rappresentato in Italia da due Chapter, Milano e Roma
